HI, I'M ARIEL.
I'm a comedy writer in LA. I’ve been writing on the Emmy-winning series Hacks on HBO Max since its first season, and most recently served as Producer for Season 5. My first TV writing credit was for The Baby-Sitters Club on Netflix, where I was the Writers' Assistant and co-wrote the Season 1 finale. I started out doing improv and sketch comedy in New York, including the two-woman show Eggs for Sale which ran at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and was featured in the Village Voice, Time Out New York, and Bust. I’ve contributed to The Onion, McSweeney's, Reductress, Buzzfeed, Shondaland.com, and Refinery29. My favorite TV shows are Girls and Grey's Anatomy.
